Lifetime Limited Warranty – Craftsmanship & Structural Integrity

We proudly offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the structural craftsmanship of all Vunari furniture.

What’s Covered

This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship that compromise the structural integrity of:

• Solid wood frames and surfaces
• Joinery methods (e.g., mortise & tenon, dovetails)
• Welded steel or metal bases
• Permanently fixed panels and adhesives

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including minor dings, scratches, and surface marks
• Changes in color, texture, or grain due to aging or sunlight exposure
• Natural wood movement (cracking, warping) from humidity or temperature shifts
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or commercial use
• Alterations or repairs not authorized by Vunari

Definition of “Lifetime”

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable useful life of the product, which we define as up to 30 years from the date of delivery for the original purchaser, under normal residential use. 

1-Year Limited Warranty – Components & Special Features

We also provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on functional and integrated components, including but not limited to:

• Drawer slides, hinges, and handles
• Adjustable feet, glides, or mounting hardware
• Lighting systems (LED strips, dimmers, switches)
• Embedded electronics (USB ports, outlets, charging units)
• Soft-close or mechanical features
• Specialty finishes or surface coatings

Exclusions

• Cosmetic wear, discoloration, or fading from use or environment
• Issues arising from electrical systems outside of Vunari’s control
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Failures of consumable components (e.g., LED lifespan degradation)

Warranty Conditions & Claim Process

Eligibility

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
• Applies to furniture used exclusively in residential settings.

Making a Claim

To initiate a claim, please email alec@vunaridesign.com with:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the defect

Vunari reserves the right to inspect or request return shipping for evaluation. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

Resolution

At our discretion, we will:

• Repair the defective item
• Replace the affected component
• Replace the entire product
• Issue a partial or full refund
